I am a 27-years-old female and I have PCOD. I have a bad smell in my vagina and my vagina becomes very wet. I have mood swings and headaches all the time. My query is if I have any problem with my vagina? Why it is having a bad smell all the day?

HB (Hemoglobin) level.
Pap smear of vaginal discharge for microbiology and others like cervicitis.
Urine routine and culture test.
Fasting and postprandial blood sugar levels.
Ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis.
