Hello doctor,

I am suffering from nausea, vomiting, and dizziness since yesterday. I am also having stomach pain and feeling cold. I was exposed to scorching sun heat after which I started feeling nauseous.

Please help.

I went through your query and understood your concern.

It seems you have a gastric infection. So, I suggest you follow the instructions mentioned below.

1. Take plenty of water and electrolytes.

2. Take proper rest.

3. Take very simple and light foods for the next three days.

4. Take a capsule of Pantop-D (Domperidone and Pantoprazole) on an empty stomach for three days.

5. Take a tablet of Metronidazole (antibiotic) twice daily after food for three days.

Kindly consult a specialist doctor, talk with them, and take medicines with their consent.
