Could anal pain, itching, and back pain signal cancer?

Hi doctor,

I have had a severe back pain issue for the past five months. I also have pain and small growth in my anal region. My anal region is itchy. Is this related to colorectal cancer?

Please help.

Avoid straining during bowel movements.
Get physically examined by a surgeon.
Stay well hydrated.
Eat a fiber-rich, balanced diet.
Avoid fried, oily, junk, alcohol, non-veg, smoking, and spicy foods.
Maintain a strict posture.
Use a support belt.

These do not seem to be symptoms of cancer; however, a physical examination and investigation are a must to rule out the same.
