Hello doctor,
I have 10 months old baby. Since yesterday, she is suffering from diarrhea. Yesterday five times, today three times, and I have not used any medication for this. Can you please suggest any medications?

Diarrhea is most viral in nature in children. Requires symptomatic treatment. Replace fluid loss with ORS. Add Zinc supplement (2 mg/kg) for 14 days. Watch for urine output. Give syrup Vizylac 2.5 ml BD as probiotics. If severe dehydration, visit the hospital. Any episode of vomiting?
