Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
My right jaw is quite wider than my left jaw. It causes asymmetry in my face. Can it be cured?
Kindly help.
Thank you.
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
Thank you for your query.
I can understand your concern.
The dominant side of the face looks a little larger than the other one. But there is not much asymmetry as I can see. You must be a little bit more conscious about it. Yes, you can get it corrected by getting yourself evaluated by an orthodontist. There is no need for jaw replacement.
I hope this has helped you.
Thank you.
