Hello doctor,
I have had dull pain and discomfort in my upper right arm for the past month. Unfortunately, it has been the same, neither better nor worse.

I understand your concern. This is most likely due to cervical pain due to the compression of nerves between the spine. Does this pain increases on neck movement or any neck trauma? These may be the associated symptoms. You should get cervical spine AP and lateral view and further may need MRI. Until then, you can have a tablet of Neurobion forte once a day. If this is not helpful, you need to take Pregabalin at bedtime, a nerve stabilizer.
