Is drinking too much apple cider vinegar harmful?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Can drinking too much apple cider vinegar be harmful? Can you shed some light on this whole vinegar craze?

Please advise.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Excess of anything is bad. Please switch to a healthy diet with a lot of green leafy vegetables and fresh whole fruits. Stay well hydrated. Eat the whole apple instead. It is much healthier than its vinegar counterpart.

I hope this helps.

Thank you.
