Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have symptoms like deteriorating memory, depersonalization or dissociation, unable to articulate well, jumbled thoughts, lack of appetite (despite hunger, depression or unmotivated, paranoia, like someone is watching me through my phone or how my friends are talking about me behind my back, hard to express emotions, seeing things, movement out of the corner of my eyes, hearing things and Deja Vu or Jamais Vu. Odd thing is that I do not feel like there is anything wrong or it does not feel real to me. It is happening for approximately three to four months on-and-off.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

The symptoms could be due to severe anxiety. Progressive loss of memory, dissociation feeling, difficulty in articulation, racing thoughts, depressed mood, paranoia, difficulty in expressing, etc., could be due to anxiety. But, if you are hearing voices which others cannot hear, and have a suspicion that someone is watching you, then that could be due to some underlying psychosis. This should be evaluated properly. Please visit a psychiatrist for an opinion. Try to remain relaxed and if possible ignore these symptoms. Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
