Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am a 25 year old female suffering from intestinal tuberculosis and got operated three years back. Now I am undergoing medical treatment for that but I was experiencing huge hairfall and I got a good and effective solution from here. I am totally satisfied but I have one more query about my skin, I am getting too much pimples and glow is totally vanished.

Patient's Query
Thank you doctor,
At present I am consuming routine anti-TB schedule 10 tablets course. About pimples it does not come regularly but about glow I am very depressed. There is not any special routine but I apply thrice a day.
Hi,
Welcome back to icliniq.com.
Are you on tablet Clofazimine at present? Clofazimine leads to copper colored pigmentation. If yes then use sunscreen daily photoprotection is important. Please send image of face it becomes easier to prescribe medications depending on conditions. You are already on medications so I would not prescribe any more oral medications. You can apply Flavo-C cream at bed time over face, it is basically Vitamin C. La shield sunscreen in morning.
Patient's Query
Thank you doctor,
I have attached the file.
Hi,
Welcome back to icliniq.com.
You do have acne mostly on forehead and pigmentation over face. Anti-TB medications mostly Rifampicin can lead to acne. Consider application of Faceclin gel over acne (forehead) twice a day, Golite cream or Melaglow Rich cream at bed time over entire face (very little amount has to be applied) for two months, Ahaglow face wash to wash face, Suncote Gel sunscreen or Suncros sunscreen in morning over face. Take your doctor's consent before using them. In diet all kind of fruits which are bright in colour since they contain good amount of Vitamin C like orange, berries, etc., it helps to reduce pigmentation.
