Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
I had my first gay anal sex yesterday, where I was the receiver. We used a condom and lots of lube as well, but once we were done, I noticed white liquid that smelled precisely like sperm coming out of my anus. I am pretty sure the condom did not break. I do not know what to do and whom to talk to. Can you please help me with this?
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I can understand your concern.
If you are sure the condom was intact, the other reason could be lube. Using a lot of lube and the in-and-out motion would have made the lube thick white. It is normal, and there is no need to worry. Make sure you do not have pain or an itch.
Regards.
Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
Thank you so much for your reply.
I want to add that the white liquid smelled exactly like sperm. Is it possible to be prostate liquid, or is there a chance of leakage from the condom itself? I do have some pain, but not something out of control. I thought it was normal.
Thank you.
Hello,
Welcome back to icliniq.com.
It cannot be a prostate secretion, and there is no connection. However, if you are sure it is semen and you even have a one percent feeling of a condom break, get post-exposure prophylaxis (a course of medicines to decrease the chances of infection in case of exposure to human immunodeficiency virus) done, especially if it is an unknown person.
If you have checked the condom and found it completely intact, there is no need to worry about sexually transmitted infection.
Thanks and regards.
