What causes excessive sweating and allergy on navel area with pain and redness?

Hello doctor,

I was having sex with my girlfriend and she just finished her period. I was sweating a lot while having sex and after that, I got some allergy on my navel area just above the penis. It is painful and the area becomes red and more painful in the evening. I applied candid cream as I have it at home. I am attaching a picture of the allergy. Kindly review.
