What could be the reason for the pain in the bones of the arms and legs?

Hi doctor,

I believe I have leukemia. My bones are sore continually, my legs, and now even my arms. The pain gradually increases along the day, and keeps me up at night (I take Tylenol every night). Please help.

Will my lung inflammation worsen if I get a second shot of the Pfizer COVID vaccine?

Hello doctor,

I was tested positive for COVID five weeks ago. And by the third week, I was completely cured without any symptoms. But now, I have inflammation in my lungs. I consulted a doctor and took a chest x-ray; I was diagnosed with bronchitis. I received the first Pfizer vaccine after I recovered from the initial symptoms. I am due for the second shot this week. I know that the vaccine can cause temporary flu-like symptoms. Is there any risk of causing more inflammation if I get the second shot this week? Kindly help.

Can instability of the mood influence the intestine?

Hi doctor,

I am a 19-year-old female suffering from IBS for three years. I always get a severe attack twice a month or more. Before two years, I started taking treatment with Libricol. I am taking Benzodiazepine for insomnia until now. Whenever I go to sleep, I feel like my heartbeat is becoming low and it is going to stop. I know that it is physiological but I cannot stop having this feeling. Now I have become a moody person. I smile, laugh, cry, get angry and regret it within five minutes. Sometimes I swear for it. It causes huge problems in my family. Most of the time, they give excuses to me. But now, they are not willing to talk with me as I am cursing them a lot. When I am normal, I do not use these bad words. When I get mad, I throw things. I regret it myself and I beg for forgiveness in my family. I need a solution to this problem. I am willing to visit a doctor soon. Please suggest.
