I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroid disease approximately four months ago after my second pregnancy. I started taking Levothyroxine tablets. Due to weight gain, I took a GTT on Monday. My insulin was within the normal range. However, I was hypoglycemic during the first two hours. What are the possible reasons for hypoglycemia in the absence of insulin issues?

Frequent stomach ache for a month in early twenties. What is the reason?
Hi doctor,
I am in my early twenties and I am having frequent stomach ache for a month. The pain is either on the upper right side of my belly or the top center of my belly just below the chest. It occurs frequently during the day and even at night. It causes chills when I have the sensation of going to the toilet. It pains while urinating but after using the toilet, the pain goes away for some minutes and then comes back again. The pain also stops for some time suddenly and then starts again. I had it two years ago also when I had eaten the salad that was not washed. The pain lasted for one to two days and it was more painful then.

Are high ESR and low-grade fever suggest infection?
Hello doctor,
I am a 51-year-old male. One month back, I had a viral fever for which I was prescribed tablets Ciffy 200 and Nicip Plus. Five days later, I recovered from the infection and returned to work. However, after a week, I started having severe joint and muscular pains and took tablet Nicip Plus again. Ten days back, I was diagnosed with dengue. My ESR was 80 mm/hr. The next day, I went for dengue and COVID-19 tests, both were negative. Also, my ESR increased to 120 mm/hr. Since then, I have been taking only multivitamins. However, I have persistent fever and weakness. What should I do for my high ESR and other blood parameters?

Do frequent bowel issues indicate irritable bowel syndrome?
Hello doctor,
I have been struggling with my bowel issues for past one year. First, I have gas which makes me uncomfortable. In the morning, my gas continues, leading to diarrhea or constipation, and this excretion leads to hemorrhoids. The symptoms sometimes disappear for about one or two weeks. I also tried using Duspatalin for two weeks and felt some relief, and with Alflorex, I did not find any improvement. I do not have any stress. I have a healthy diet and a regular sleep cycle. I also underwent several imaging tests for gastric diseases, but they were normal.
I want your advice. Kindly help.

High fever of 102 despite combiflam syrup. Next steps?
