How to relieve the itching in the vaginal area?

Hi doctor,

I have an itching issue in the vaginal area. I have been facing this issue for the past month. I have tried using coconut oil, but it just gave a temporary solution, which is also not working. I have not taken any medicine for this nor visited any doctor. I am a 24-year-old unmarried girl. Please reply soon.

1) Keep the vaginal area dry.

2) Wash with a good feminine wash.

3) Wear loose cotton undergarments.

4) Do not do intense exercise or work out.

5) Observe good personal hygiene.

Also, I suggest you follow the medication given below:

1) Tablet Allegra 180 mg (Fexofenadine 180 mg) during bedtime for five days.

2) Candid B cream (Beclometazone 0.025 % and Clotrimazole 1 %) local application twice daily for seven days.
