Hello,

I appreciate that you have chosen icliniq.com for your medical needs.

I am here to give you the best care possible.

Pimples are somewhat hormonal and can occur due to oily skin.

  1. Avoid using hair oil and any sticky creams on your face.
  2. Steer clear of oily foods, chocolate, and dairy products.
  3. Protect your skin from dust and use sunscreen with an SPF (sun protection factor) of 30 or higher.
  4. Refrain from rubbing any cream on your face.
  5. Do not use any steroid creams.
  6. Make sure to continue the treatment for at least one month.
  7. Face wash or soap are not considered treatments and could be more helpful.
  8. Do not touch acne and avoid squeezing it.
  9. For the treatment:

    1. Clindamycin gel: This is more preventive and curative, so I advise patients to apply it all over the face in the morning.
    2. Adapalene gel: I recommend using it on the acne at night.
    3. Take one tablet of Doxy (Doxycycline) 100 mg once a day.
    4. Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further.

      Thank you.
