Hello doctor,
I am deeply concerned about my mom, who is currently battling bone cancer and experiencing significant pain. I want to support her in feeling better. I want to ask the following questions:

Are there special treatments or considerations we should be aware of due to the nature of bone cancer?
Currently, she is taking Cosmegan (Dactinomycin) and Methotrexate. Her pain is severe, impacting her ability to walk normally, and she relies on painkillers for relief. The bone cancer is at stage 2 in the tibia. Kindly help.
