Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

I have reviewed your attached images (attachments removed to protect the patient's identity). It is a severe type of acne. Pimple is somewhat hormonal and due to oily skin. I suggest you to do the following:

1. Do not use hair oil or sticky cream on the face.

2. Avoid oily food, chocolate, or milk products.

3. Avoid dust. Use sunscreen.

4. Do not use any steroid creams.

5. Continue treatment for at least one month.

6. Do not touch acne and avoid pressing it.

For treatment, I suggest you apply Clindamycin for prevention and cure, so I tell patients to use it all over the face in the morning. Also, apply Adapalene gel to use it over acne in the night. Take tablet Doxycycline 100 mg once a day. I suggest you consult a specialist, talk with them, and take the medications with their consent.

I hope this information will help.

Thanks.
