Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

My face has had an upsurge in purple pimples or acne in the last week. I am not sure what it is called, but it is purple. According to my study, it is some kind of pimple-filled blood, if I am not mistaken. As a result, I decided to come here to seek expert assistance and guidance. Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

Pimples are caused by greasy skin and are partially hormonal.

1. Do not use hair oil or any other sticky product on your face.

2. Avoid fatty foods, chocolate, and dairy items.

3. Avoid dust and wear sunscreen with an SPF (sun protection factor) of at least 30.

4. Do not apply any cream to your face.

5. Avoid using any steroid creams.

6. Continue therapy for at least one month.

7. Facewash or soap are not therapeutic and have limited utility.

8. Avoid touching or rubbing acne.

I hope I have answered your question.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards.
