What questions should I ask a urologist for penis problems?
Hello doctor,
I experienced swelling and bruising on my penis, which resolved after four days. However, I have noticed a loss of sensitivity along the edge of the penis. Masturbation now takes five to ten minutes for ejaculation, and there's lingering pain in the bruised area. Morning erections are absent, and the penis feels fatigued from nocturnal erections. I can only achieve erections in the afternoon and evening, and standing erections are no longer possible. There is mild pain when blood flows into the penis. I have an upcoming appointment with a urologist. What should I expect during the consultation? Kindly help.

Why am I experiencing frequent urination and hematuria after surgery?
Hello doctor,
I was diagnosed with an upper bladder neck, which I believe is also known as a tight bladder neck. Post-operatively, I have been suffering from frequent urination with gross haematuria and intense burning sensation pre and post-urination. If I hold it, then it will still burn. At the hospital, I passed a small blood clot when I was urinating. In the afternoon, I decided to take Ibuprofen, and just now, I decided to take two Paracetamol tablets in the hope that this would help with the burning sensation. Unfortunately, this is not the case. The hospital advised that I take OTC (over-the-counter) medications, which I have been taking above. At this rate, the frequency of urination is about an estimated 20 minutes. Is there any recommendation of medications you could advise so I can at least speak to the doctor for a prescription? I am currently taking Atorvastatin 20 mg. I do not think I can sleep at this rate due to the frequency.

I have popped them before and a white head-like substance comes out and then the bump starts bleeding a little. What could cause decreased urine flow and weak erection?
Hello doctor,
For the past eight days, I have been having weak or no erections, even during the morning. I was traveling for the last 10 days and consumed two to three beers daily, which is not usual for me. Additionally, I mildly injured my left testicle during sexual activity, which caused slight swelling and weak urine flow for two days. I also suffered from digestive discomfort and took medication for it. However, I have not consumed any alcohol for the last five to six days and have returned home to my normal routine and diet. Although my testicles do not have any soreness, and my urine flow has returned to normal, I am still facing the issue of erectile dysfunction. This is the first time I have encountered this problem. Could this issue be temporary or permanent?
