How to prevent rash between testicles and anus?
Hi doctor,
I have been working for about 10 hours a day in the sun for the past three days. When I work long days and keep walking, I get sores, rashes and irritation between my testicles and anal area. It is happening more frequently than it has in the past. They typically go away in about two to three days time. I am on Lisinopril currently. How can I prevent or help from this happening? Why is it really hard to walk without severe pain?

What next steps for non-moving gallstones?
Hi doctor,
I am a 54 year old male. I got a bypass heart surgery 12 years ago. During that time, my gallbladder had multiple small stones, which were silent according to the doctor. The location and position of these stones were found static during regular ultrasound tests. Four years back, I consulted a doctor, he also said that as it is silent and non-movable stones, there is no need to operate till there is no pain. I got an ultrasound two months back. Please see the attached report, and let me know what action needs to be taken? I do not have any pain or discomfort.

What could be done to resolve heavy menstrual bleeding?

This is regarding my wife, who is 34 years old. She has a gynecological problem of heavy menstrual bleeding, which will last for 7 to 8 days. She has this issue for quite some time. Though we have consulted our doctor, nothing could be concluded. She even used to take Pause 500. But, this time the problem was alarming, and so her doctor advised some tests.
