Exanthematous skin eruption management?

Medical Case Details:

Hello

I want to share this skin rash on my 11 years old child. Two days ago had fever (non higher than 38.5).

Close monitoring is recommended together with calamine lotion, aloe vera gel, and
antihistamine (desloratadine).

What next? Thank you in advance.
