She complained of having spotting on tissue when she wipes off with it after urination for the last three months in between her cycles. Lastly, she had severe pain in the lower abdomen and got relieved after taking some churan for gas. She is not sexually active and having regular 26-28-day menstrual cycle. She had a history of UTI a few years back but not recently, and when she got to her gynecologist, she did TAS and was told that her uterus is slightly bigger, and advised for TVS.
There could be other causes but offhand I would think it is Ovulation bleeding which generally refers to bleeding that occurs around the time of ovulation, which is when the ovary releases an egg. In the days leading up to ovulation, estrogen levels steadily rise. After the release of an egg, the estrogen levels dip, and progesterone levels begin to increase.
