Tapping of Ascitic Fluid in a Portal Hypertension Patient

Medical Case Details:

A middle-aged patient with a chronic alcohol drinking history suffered from hypoproteinemia ascites.

Treatment: I did ascitic fluid tapping.

Investigation: 3 liters of fluid taken out and sent for the examination accordingly.

Medication: IV fluid antibiotics and injection Hermin (Lysine, Threonine, Isoleucine, Methionine, and Histidine Hydrochloride).

Follow-up: Investigation results were satisfactory, and the patient became normal.
