Intermittent Melasma and Hypersensitivity on Forehead

Dr. Deepika Dixit., MBBS

Medical Case Details:

A 50-year-old female has hyperpigmentation on her cheeks, forehead, neck, and back of the neck. Since the last month or so, she has developed a sudden blister and itchy lesion on her forehead. She took tablets Prednisolone and Monticope for a week orally and Metronidazole cream. She got better by that, but again she developed itchiness on the forehead - on and off. I would be thankful if you could prescribe the best night or day cream with a high success rate for this condition.
