They are aphthous ulcers (small, shallow sores inside the mouth or at the base of the gums), not an STD. I suggest locally applying Zytee (Choline salicylate 9 percent w/v) with an earbud before meals. Do not put anything in the mouth for half an hour.

1. Avoid spicy food.

2. Take a tablet of Zerodol (Aceclofenac 100 mg, Paracetamol 325 mg, and Serratiopeptidase 15 mg) three times a day after food for three to five days for pain and redness.

3. Rinse your mouth with water after eating food, and then apply Candid lotion (anti-fungal) with an earbud, and wait for 30 minutes. There is no problem with ingesting it.

4. Take a tablet of Folic acid 5 mg two times a day after food for 15 days.

5. Take a capsule of Becosul Z (vitamin B complex) one at night for 15 days. Consult your doctor and take the medicines as advised.

6. I recommend consulting an ENT (otolaryngologist) specialist if required.
