What might cause delayed periods in a 19-year-old female?

Hello doctor,

My girlfriend is about to turn 19 and always has regular periods. She is now over a week late but has taken multiple pregnancy tests, and they have all been negative. However, her breasts are tender and swollen, and she says it is hard for her to eat food. She has random pains in her vagina. She just threw up what she ate for lunch randomly. We are not sexually active. We have not had intercourse. She also stopped taking birth control four months ago.

Could the absence of periods a month after taking an i-pill be concerning?

I would like to ask about the absence of my periods. Two months ago, I engaged in unprotected intercourse approximately a week before my expected period date and subsequently took an i-pill. A few days later, my period arrived as usual within the same month. However, now that one month has passed since then, I have not gotten my period for this month. Please help.

Can I pill delay periods after completion of one monthly cycle?

Hello doctor,

I am a female, and I usually have a 28-day cycle. I started my periods two months ago and had protected intercourse a few days after. After that, I took an I-pill for safety. However, I had regular periods with a proper flow, which lasted four to six days. However, it has been more than one and a half months, and I have not yet gotten my period. I already took a pregnancy test this evening, and it came back negative. Is there any cause for concern? Will I-pill cause delayed periods after already getting periods once?
