Anemia of Chronic disease (Geriatrics)

Medical Case Details:

A 65 year old man, with history of 10 years of history of SLE visits regularly in OPD for his checkups, on last visit he was suffering from increasing shortness of breath, on auscultation creptations were present, chest xray showed net like apperance, peripheral blood smear showed normocytic normochronic anaemia, presenting as anemia of Chronic disease,
the xray and his history of SLE is associated in formation of Interstitial lung disease, which is at risk of developing,
